What we collect, why, and your rights — in plain language.

At Toiture & Isolation Provinciale, your personal information serves one purpose: serving you. Here is, in plain language, what we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Who is responsible?

The person in charge of the protection of personal information is the management of Toiture & Isolation Provinciale inc. You can reach them anytime at info@toitureisolation.ca or at 1 877 445-4610.

2. What information do we collect?

  • What you provide: name, phone, email, project address and description of your needs — via the quote form, by phone or by email.
  • Under a contract: the information needed for the quote, the work, invoicing and, if you mandate us, your grant application (e.g., tax bill, electricity bill required by the programs).
  • Technical data: anonymized traffic data and, only if you accept cookies, audience measurement.

3. For what purposes?

  • Answering your request and preparing your quote;
  • Planning and carrying out the work, producing your report and warranties;
  • Submitting your grant application (LogisVert, Réno-Climat) if you ask us to;
  • Meeting our legal and contractual obligations.

We do not use your information for other purposes without your consent, and we never sell it.

4. Who has access?

Only the people on our team who need it to serve you. We use technology providers for site hosting and request management (notably Cloudflare); these providers process data on our behalf, under their own security measures. If you mandate us for a grant, the required information is transmitted to the program's organization (e.g., Hydro-Québec).

5. How long do we keep it?

As long as needed for the purposes above, then as long as required by law (notably for tax and warranty purposes — your work file supports your written warranty). It is then securely destroyed.

6. Cookies

The site works without tracking cookies. A banner asks for your choice: if you accept, we may enable audience measurement; if you decline, no non-essential cookie is used. You can change your mind by clearing your browser's site data.

7. Your rights

  • Access the information we hold about you;
  • Have it corrected if inaccurate;
  • Withdraw your consent at any time;
  • File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

To exercise a right, write to us at info@toitureisolation.ca — we respond within 30 days.

8. Security

Your information is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and stored in access-restricted systems. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.
