Attic to roof: free detailed quote, grants handled for you, certified crews.
Plexes, row houses and flat roofs are typical Montreal, configurations where roof replacement (elastomeric membrane) and insulation change everything for durability and comfort.
Flat-roof plexes, brick duplexes, row houses: Montreal's housing stock demands specific solutions: elastomeric membrane for flat roofs, attic insulation where one exists, spray foam for foundation walls. We work in every borough, site logistics included.
As a specialized insulation and roofing contractor, we serve Montréal and the whole region (Grand Montréal): under-insulated attic, vermiculite to remove, roof at end of life. We take it all on, attic to roof, with a free detailed quote and your grants handled start to finish.

Hydro-Québec's LogisVert program is the most popular insulation grant: up to $1,500 for owners of a house heated mainly with electricity, when the work combines roof insulation and air sealing, with no energy assessment required beforehand. At Toiture & Isolation Provinciale we don't just tell you about it: we fill out and submit the application on your behalf, from eligibility check to confirmation. You receive your reference number by email, zero paperwork on your end.
The Quebec government's Rénoclimat program pays up to $1,500 for the roof only if the insulation in place is R-12 or less ($750 or $250 above that). It requires an energy assessment before and after the work, by a recognized advisor. Our detailed reports are compliant and documented, and we support you at every step until approval.
