For blown-in fiberglass attic insulation, workmanship is guaranteed for life (cellulose insulation carries a 2-year warranty); for other work, the exact duration is stated in your contract. Not a verbal promise — a signed commitment, backed by the post-work report (photos, measurements, products) documenting exactly what was done.
Every installed material is covered by its manufacturer's warranty — and not just any way: our IKO RoofPro accreditation gives you access to the manufacturer's extended warranties, which only an accredited installer can offer. Same logic for Soprema membranes and our certified insulation products: recognized products, installed to the manufacturer's requirements, valid warranties.
