When you sign with us, three distinct layers of protection cover your project, and everything is written, documented, verifiable.

Layer 1: Our written workmanship warranty

The installation is guaranteed in writing: a document delivered with your file, spelling out the coverage for your project in black and white. For blown-in fiberglass attic insulation, workmanship is guaranteed for life (cellulose insulation carries a 2-year warranty); for other work, the exact duration is stated in your contract. Not a verbal promise, a signed commitment, backed by the post-work report (photos, measurements, products) documenting exactly what was done.

Layer 2: The manufacturer's warranties on materials

Every installed material is covered by its manufacturer's warranty, and not just any way: our IKO RoofPro accreditation gives you access to the manufacturer's extended warranties, which only an accredited installer can offer. Same logic for Soprema membranes and our certified insulation products: recognized products, installed to the manufacturer's requirements, valid warranties.

Layer 3: A licensed, insured, established company

A warranty is worth what the company signing it is worth. Toiture & Isolation Provinciale: RBQ licence 5839-3208-01, APCHQ member, valid CNESST and CCQ credentials, fully insured, and 10 years of combined experience on job sites. We'll still answer the phone when you call.

Making a claim is simple

A doubt, a defect? Write to us within 30 days of discovery. That's the only condition. Your post-work report makes verification fast: we know exactly what was installed, where and how. We stay reachable for after-sales service. We answer, even once you've paid.

Full transparency, what's not covered

Like any serious warranty: damage caused by a third party, lack of maintenance, modifications made by someone else, or force majeure. Full details are in our terms, written in plain language, not jargon.
